My Story

I'm a communication and performance coach, speaker and facilitator who helps professionals communicate with more confidence and clarity at work.  

My journey from being a socially anxious, introverted young adult to a high-performing management consultant and corporate leader fuelled my passion for helping others unlock their potential.

As the third of four children in a lively Irish family, I spent my early years observing, listening, and learning quietly. That foundation gave me a deep appreciation for the often unseen strengths in people who don't naturally speak up, and for the power of quiet leadership.

Discovering my voice was a gradual process, but it led to a profound understanding of how we communicate through speech, presence, and behaviour - to engage effectively with others. I refined those skills over years, consistently achieving top performance as a leader in both management consulting and industry.

Today, I combine my experience in management consulting, leadership and communication coaching, and facilitating change, to help professionals communicate with clarity and confidence. Whether they naturally hold back, struggle with social confidence, or find themselves saying more than they intend under pressure, I help professionals develop the skills to communicate with calm strength, without changing who they are.
